Rick Dean joined TradeMark Residential in 2014. He has partnered with Doro Taylor over the last 5 years. Together, as a part of CityGate Real Estate services, they have closed more than $70 million in residential sales. Rick specializes in residential sales in the downtown and North Raleigh areas but has worked with clients buying and selling throughout the Triangle including Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex and Roxboro. Originally from central Virginia, Rick has called Raleigh home for over 8 years.

Rick’s prior experience as a business owner and in retail has given him an incredible talent for negotiating both residential and commercial real estate deals. Rick’s understanding of lot development and the construction process, has given him rich experience working with new home sales.
